Bountiful Addition Co. helps homeowners in Bountiful and across Davis County add space to houses they already love, with additions that look and feel like part of the original home.
Why additions only
A specialist, on purpose
An addition is not a bigger remodel. It changes the footprint or height of a house. It joins new foundation to old, new framing to old, and new roof to old. It goes through permit review, engineering and inspections that most remodeling work never touches. And when it goes wrong, everybody can see it from the street.
We started Bountiful Addition Co. to focus on that one kind of project. We do not run a kitchen-and-bath showroom, finish basements or chase small repair jobs. Every conversation we have is about adding space to a home, which means the questions that cause trouble on additions are the ones we are used to asking early.

Staying close to home lets us know the building departments, the design criteria and the kinds of houses in the area. We work in Bountiful, North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, Centerville, Farmington, Kaysville and Layton, and elsewhere in Davis County where the project is a good fit.
